We’re now fully reopened for indoors dining, we are allowing bookings of mixed households to 6 people max or more if just 2 households. There will still be tables available for walk-ins.

Select the date you would like to book below. You can then choose which slot you would like and the time. You will be given an allocated time slot for your booking. Please do not book if this is not suitable.
To book a table you must pay a deposit which comes off your total bill. IT IS NOT A CHARGE. IF THIS IS NOT PAID THEN YOUR TABLE IS NOT GURANTEED..
You cannot book a specific table. Your table will be allocated upon arrival.
Booking times will be staggered to avoid diners waiting. Please arrive as close to your booking time as possible. Under current restrictions we are not allowed to have people waiting in the restaurant.
Please call us if you are running late. If you don’t show up within 15 minutes of the booking time you may lose your deposit and the slot may be given to another party.
You will have been given a time slot for when we require the table back for the next diners. PLEASE be courteous to our staff when they remind you of this. However, if the table is not required back then you would be welcome to keep it longer than the designated sitting time.
If you have paid a deposit this is refundable up to 8 hours before your booking time or can be transferred to another date.

The booking contract:
Thank you for booking with us. We both need a contract so that your rights and our rights are protected.
We have tried to make these as brief and clear as possible.
By using the Service you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of use.
You can cancel the booking upto 8 hours of your reservation time to receive a full refund via the cancellation link or on 01159 811042
Your table may be cancelled if you do not pay a deposit
If you don’t turn up at the restaurants at or near the specified time we reserve the right to charge you a “no show” fee (max £5 per person).
If you turn up more than 15 minutes late at the restaurant we reserve the right to give away your table(s), although we will always endeavour to accommodate you at a later time if possible.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we are unable to provide the service to you.
If we have asked you for a credit card number, we reserve the right to make a charge to this card for any of the reasons described above.
You will receive emails from us relating to confirmation of your booking.
If you have opted in to get marketing information from us we may send you emails about offers and services.
You may opt out of these at any time.
For the purposes of GDPR regulations, we are the “Data Controller” and simpleERB.com is the “Data processor”.
Allergies and intolerances:
Please note that you MUST notify your server at our restaurant before you dine of any allergy or intolerance issues that you may have.
For the avoidance of doubt any information passed by you to us through this service, by email, by telephone or by any other means, does not constitute receipt of such information by ourselves.

Neither we nor our booking technology partners accept any liability for loss, damages or costs associated with the use of this service, including viruses, data loss or consequential loss.
We try and keep our data up to date but we accept no responsibility for any damage or consequential loss arising from inaccurate data or your reliance upon it.
If you choose to leave a review of a meal with us via simpleERB, we reserve the right to publish it without payment to you.
Rights and jurisdiction:
